However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 207-561-9453 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

At 304 Stillwater Avenue Furniture in Bangor…WE DELIVER! We deliver on quality, value, and customer service…and we will make sure your new furniture and bedding arrives at your home in perfect condition!

Our trucks are on the road Monday-Friday in eastern and central Maine and beyond, and we will work with you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Here is a summary of our delivery policy. Of course, at the time of purchase, a member of our sales team will review all details with you.

  • FREE delivery on purchases over $1,000 (before tax) within a 30-mile radius of Bangor
  • $3 per loaded mile charged for all deliveries more than 30 miles from Bangor.
  • All clearance items are excluded from free delivery, due to discounts already offered.
  • We are happy to remove old furniture and bedding for a minimum charge of $50. Please call in advance or discuss with your sales associate for an estimate (based on weight) on the items you want removed.

If you prefer to pick up your own furniture, our crew will be happy to help you load it up at the store. Please be sure to bring along materials to make sure your new furniture or bedding is safe and secure for the ride home, although we will provide the original packaging whenever possible. Calling ahead to make sure we have someone available to assist with the loading is much appreciated and will ensure no delays when you arrive.

COVID-19 DELIVERY PROTOCOLS The health and safety of our customers and employees are of utmost importance to us during this challenging time. Our delivery drivers are provided with masks and will wear them upon request when on delivery calls. They use hand sanitizers regularly before and after deliveries. When setting up your delivery, we will ask if you want the furniture or bedding dropped in a safe area, such as a garage or covered porch, or if you would like us to enter your home.
