304 Stillwater’s RETURN POLICY

At 304 Stillwater Avenue Furniture, we strive to find you the best products for your home at the best possible prices! However, we do understand that due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, you as a customer may decide that your purchase is not right for you. We empathize and try to make this as easy a process as possible by listing the return policy below.

All returns within 3 days of the date of purchase will be credited to our customers IN FULL in the initial form of payment. I.e. If you purchased your items with cash or check, check will be written to you. If you purchased an item with a credit or G.E. card, the refund will be attributed to the same card that was used for the initial purchase.

All applicable returns AFTER 3 days of purchase will be issued in the form of IN STORE CREDIT or will be subject to a 20% Restocking fee.

Custom made and custom ordered items are not eligible for return. If a special ordered item is defective, 304 Stillwater will repair or replace said item with another item at no additional charge. * (except in such case of fabric protection) In some instances, concession may be made to replace the item with a different model of equal value. If no such item is available, a store credit will then be issued.
